This amazing Ethiopian coffee comes from the Beretti Water washing Factory (Beriti washing station), located in the village of kebela of Tore, which belongs to the micro-producing area of Yegashafi. It is famous for its amazing floral fragrance and is the most unique coffee producer in Ethiopia. Black & White tested countless samples before finding the coffee. The flavor of this coffee is reminiscent of sun-dried beans many years ago, challenging our original idea of coffee.

Sun treatment is based on the whole cherry drying, usually get a unique red fruit flavor, Beretti is a beautiful sun bean, glowing blueberry, peach and chocolate flavor, active fruit acidity, in the case of sun beans, amazing flower aroma and cleanliness. Sun beans are prone to defective flavor and do not appear in this coffee at all, a rare Ethiopian!'
