Red Dragon Manor is located in the southernmost part of Lujiang Dam. Except for the north, it is surrounded by mountains. The annual average temperature is 16℃, the maximum temperature difference between day and night is 6℃--22℃, and the average precipitation is 2000mm per year. At the same time, in the process of processing coffee, we learn from excellent foreign processing methods to carry out the initial processing of coffee. All coffee beans from the initial heart library are all dried off the ground to fully ensure the cleanliness of coffee. After processing, our parchment coffee beans will be transported to a constant temperature and humidity warehouse for more than 60 days of rest, so that the water in the coffee beans is fully uniform.
