[Workshop Gattaba, Rwanda]

Epiphanie Muhirwa, who survived the Rwandan Civil War Holocaust, founded Buf Cafe in 2000 with the assistance of the Rwandan Development Bank Rwandan Development Bank and the U.S. Foreign Aid USAID Project Pearl (PEARL project).

Small coffee farmers in Buf Cate and Nyamagabe gradually resumed coffee production from the construction of infrastructure. Due to isolation from the outside world during the Civil War, Rwanda retained the ancient bourbon variety, with the classic flavor of bourbon that other countries do not have.

Workshop produced two batches of "Honey Song" and "Gattaba" according to the different locations where Buf Cafe collected cherries. The flavor is completely different! Both Buf Cafe are on the shelf, please try it!
