The name 93 Story Coffee is to commemorate the martyrs. In Meisler, a hill town deep in the mountains of northern Thailand, bordering Myanmar was once the site of the remnants of the eighth Army of the Kuomintang, because the 93rd Division of the Chinese Expeditionary Army was famous in Burma. Locals call the Chinese army the 93rd Division, so there is another name for the 93rd Division. Meisler has a tragic past. In 1949, the children of the 8th Army retreated from Yunnan to northern Myanmar and were tragically attacked by the Burmese Communist Party. The Thai army pursued what was known as the "isolated army" and later reached an agreement with the Thai authorities to set out for Thailand to recover the territory along the northern Thai border, which has since become a place for the isolated army to settle.

used to be a forbidden area for opium to destroy drugs and grow coffee.

More than 20 years ago, under the advice and guidance of the United Nations and the Emperor of Thailand, the isolated descendants of the original high mountains and ethnic minorities survived the hardships of destroying drugs and growing coffee and tea. 93 Story Manor is located at high altitude, 20 degrees north latitude, moderate rainfall, sunshine and temperature, fertile soil, suitable for the bourbon variety of Arabica low-caffeine alpine hard beans at high altitude. The manor does not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides, but uses fermented coffee pulp and fallen leaves as fertilizers, harvested by hand, fermented and cleaned with natural mountain spring water, and stored in storage after being exposed to the sun. Also because of the unique local conditions, the grown coffee has a special flavor.

Planting method:

They like mild days and cooler nights, and a climate that is too cold, too hot and too humid can be fatal to it. Elaraby needs to plant coffee trees on sloping slopes above 900m above sea level, so harvesting must be carried out manually, which is extremely difficult. However, due to the excellent aroma, balanced taste and low caffeine content (1.1-1.7%) of Elaraby coffee beans, although it is not easy to grow, it actually accounts for about 75% of the total coffee planted.
