Bahia Coffee Brazil is a big coffee country
Bahia is one of the 26 states in Brazil and is located in the northeast. It covers an area of 564692 square kilometers, accounting for 6.6 per cent of Brazil's land area. The capital is Salvador.
Culture: due to historical reasons, Bahia is the place where Brazil is most influenced by Africa, and it is the center of non-Brazilian culture. The Yoruba-style Candombel religion, Capoeira martial arts is a typical example of African influence. Bahia also has Indians, such as Patax ó, who live in the interior of the state, south of the Atlantic Ocean.
Bahia is also famous for its music. Musicians such as Dorival Caymmi, Jo?o Gilberto, Gilberto Gil, Cayetano Veloso, Maria Bethania and Daniela Mercury are all Bahia, as well as Olodum, Ara Ketu, Il ê Aiy ê and other orchestras. In terms of literature, the most famous Brazilian litterateur in the 20th century, Jorge Amado Amado, is a native of Ilh é us.
Geography: Bahia is the states of Aragoas, Selhippe, Pernambuco and Pioi in the north, the Atlantic Ocean in the east, Goas and Tocantins in the west, and Minas Gerais and Espinito in the south.
The area has a tropical dry and wet season climate and long-term drought in the state. geographically, it is clearly divided into three parts: the coastal forest of the Atlantic, the Bay of Bahia and the inland plateau of Bahia. The major cities are: El Salvador, Ferradi Santa Ana, Victoria, Itabuna, Illius, Ruazelu and so on. The larger rivers are the San Francisco River, the Paragusu River, the Zetinionia River, the Idapiguru River, the Capivari River, and Contas.
Although coffee is diverse, Brazilian coffee is suitable for the taste of the public. For example, coffee produced in the northern coastal areas has a typical iodine taste, reminiscent of the sea after drinking. This coffee is exported to North America, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Another kind of coffee that is interesting and worth looking for is washed Bahia coffee. This kind of coffee is not easy to find because Brazil is the world's largest consumer of coffee after the United States, and many of the best coffee can only be found in its domestic market.
