I think this kind of awe and love for nature should be the belief of every coffee man.

Coffee beans may affect his flavor because of altitude, sunshine, precipitation and other factors, but they will also change his appearance because of the coffee farmers' love for him.

In the past, many coffee farmers in Yunnan did not know how to drink coffee, but there are no two meanings here: one is not to drink it; the other is that they do not know how to drink it. This surprised me! Why don't you drink what you grow? It turns out that many coffee farmers simply grow, buying inorganic fertilizers, spraying pesticides and grass. They don't know how to take care of these lovely lives, so most of their beans are bitter and have no flavor to talk about. Some even pick them all (regardless of whether they are ripe or not, red and green together, which can save labor, but lead to bad flavor) rather than picking (only red and yellow ripe fruits are picked, sometimes a tree has to be picked 5.6 times). Although labor-consuming, coffee beans have high sugar content and good quality. Only when the sweetness is above 20 can it be called "boutique coffee").

However, in recent years, the Pu'er Coffee Association has been on the mountain for many times to guide teaching. Efforts will be made from the aspects of training, brand marketing, processing level, standardized construction of the base, construction of primary processing plants and construction of coffee farms.

Nowadays, the coffee industry in Yunnan is becoming more and more mature, and the quality of coffee is gradually improving. Coffee has become a necessary drink for Pu'er people in their spare time.

Elephant Coffee Manor is located in Nanbang Village, Cuiyun District, Pu'er City, 1250-1300 meters above sea level. The perennial temperature is 28-30 °. The sun is most abundant here, the vegetation is dense, and the fragrance of flowers is overflowing all the year round. Mengzhu Village is inhabited by 28 peasant families.

Mainly to the Laku people, the source of livelihood depends on the cultivation of bao Gu and coffee. The Elephant Manor covers an area of 2800 mu. According to the soil survey data of Pu'er City in 1999, the land belongs to red soil, sandy yellow and good fertility, so it is one of the most suitable plots for Pu'er Pu'er to grow coffee. Elephant manor uses ecological planting method, artificial weeding, farm sheep dung as the main fertilizer, coffee growth is good, sugar content up to 26%, is one of the local high-quality Pu'er coffee.

After the coffee beans of Elephant Farm enter the mature stage, they are tested for sugar 3-5 times a day to ensure that the sweetness is above 25 before they are picked. And coffee beans should not be overcooked to prevent secondary fermentation.

The Elephant Manor covers an area of 500mu and currently has a planting area of 280mu. 100000+RMB is needed for each fertilization, at least three times a year.
