To this end, the coffee shop has specially set up a new barrier-free ordering system for hearing-impaired staff, such as through touch-screen devices, customers and hearing-impaired baristas to achieve smooth communication and barrier-free communication. The order desk is specially equipped with a handwriting board for communication, a hand-held menu board, a single-sided double-sided display screen and a vibrating catering machine, together with a unique catering number. Customers can write the number on the paper menu or handwriting board to complete the order. When the drink is ready, the pickup will vibrate to prompt the customer to pick up the meal.

The store also designed sign language recognition brooches for hearing impaired partners, and there were corresponding sign language gestures on the shop assistants' aprons. Regular sign language classes and coffee classrooms are organized and held in cooperation with the Guangdong Association of the Deaf. to enhance understanding and integration between different communities.
