Coffee is online.

Today I'm going to tell you about a somewhat disgusting topic: the problem of constipation.

This matter must be the agony of many people's lives. As far as I know, there are three types of constipation: chronic constipation, intermittent constipation and long-term intermittent constipation. And this third kind is the most common "urban hidden disease".

Although over the years, numerous medical experts and nutrition experts have claimed that drinking coffee is harmful to the human body, what causes pigmentation to make women's skin worse, what causes women to have an increased risk of infertility, and what makes calcium loss faster. I think even if these disadvantages are true (in fact, most of them are worrying about themselves), coffee still has an advantage that cannot be replaced by other drinks-coffee can promote intestinal peristalsis and improve constipation.

This is a blow to those who claim that instant coffee contains no caffeine, so it is not coffee at all. To tell you the truth, I occasionally get Nestle instant coffee that I don't drink at all, and I don't throw it away immediately. Once I get constipated, I take out a bag and take it to solve the problem quickly. Don't laugh at me. When constipation is solved in one fell swoop, the happiness I feel when I feel comfortable and light is not the expression of this small column.

Of course, there are constipation that coffee can't stop, and this kind of constipation often happens to columnists. Three times a week, about the same as the biological rhythm of the human body. My experience is that in these three times, one is full of ideas, one is flat, and the other is simply ugly-which is roughly the same as a biological rhythm. In times like this, my special cure is a collection of essays by Haruki Murakami.

The six Murakami essays published by Shanghai Translation Publishing House many years ago have now been turned into rags by me. Most of them are collected by Murakami's columns in various Japanese magazines. Murakami wrote about everything, about cats who lived to the age of 21, about the similarity between female high school students and pencils, about rum, coffee and German sausages, and, of course, about the pain he could not imagine. Among most good columnists, there are witty and interesting people, talented people, highly respected people, and countless professionals. however, columnists who are close to the people and unconsciously have a halo like Murakami and do not care to provide readers with a huge amount of information are also very rare.

Every time I feel speechless, I make a cup of coffee and sit and read Murakami's essays. Before I know it, I relax, feel that my mind is open, and my relationship with the reader is no longer as stiff as I thought. Well, coffee and Murakami essays are my final solution to all constipation problems.
