El Gobiado Manor in El Salvador

The Alvarez family has grown coffee in El Salvador for more than 100 years and has gone through four generations. Their farm is located on the lush green hills of Santa Ana and is famous for its rich volcanic soil and mild climate. These Finca El Gobiado beans are picked by hand by pickers who are specially trained to select only the best fully ripe coffee fruits. These cherries are processed in the family's El Borbollon processing plant.

This manor's sunny bourbon coffee, we can try the flavor of balsam and cherry, syrup-like taste.
