Qianjie-the story of Wang Wang Shu Li
Arthur Karuletwa's heroes are a group made up entirely of women's coffee bars in his ancestral country of Wanda. He called it "Hingakawa", meaning "Let's plant coffee."
"these extraordinary women stood up at a time when the world was struggling to save this country. This country needs them as much as psychological anxiety needs guidance. " Karuletwa, director of Starbucks Global Coffee traceability Organization.
"for these women, the only thing that can be trusted is coffee for them to live and benefit. This is a matter of argument." Karuletwa said, "it has always been a wonder for her that she has learned from school, started from scratch, and has picked up the green coffee business from the bad situation."
When these women start to rebuild the coffee industry, they have to get back together and trust each other. How believable it is that she occasionally shows her kindness and benevolence.
"I've seen these women pick up those expensive agricultural tools, machetes, to cut people," Karuletwa said.
Now they have the same tools for pruning and weeding the grass in coffee bars. Karuletwa says it is because it takes time to heal and heal each other that the behavior of using machetes is different.
The "Hingakawa" group, originally made up of only a small number of women, is a branch of Abakundakawa cooperatives.
It was brave for this group of women to appeal to the cooperative in order to separate their coffee from other farmers in a real sense, from the perspective of Karuletwa.
"it must be clear that gender equality is still seen as a taboo in some cultures. From a humanistic point of view, this is not acceptable, even though it is clearly known that it is not good, gender equality is still regarded as a kind of bad news and is often in danger. "
Today, there are about 150 members in Hingawaka. Together, the women grow and process their coffee, including the Starbucks Zhenzhen coffee bean, the Tawanda Hingakawa. Karuletwa described the coffee beans as elegant as the women who produced them. "this group of women are heroes to me, not from the standpoint of the industry, but because of their great achievements." Karuletwa Dao.
