Qianjie-introduction of Panamanian Jade Manor

The Emerald Manor, located in the Poquet region of Chiriki Province in Panama, faces the Caribbean Sea to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the south. The east-west direction of Panama allows moist air from these two seas to flow through the Central Mountains and finally converge on mountains more than 6500 feet, creating a microclimate suitable for coffee cultivation and making it a kingdom of fine coffee.

The jadeite manor is blessed by this microclimate, coupled with the fertile soil, towering topography, abundant rainfall and well-preserved primeval forests in the Baru volcano area, which makes the coffee charm of the jadeite manor unique and has a long aftertaste. The Jadeite Manor has a history of 50 years and contains three plots, which are scattered in three directions of the Baru volcano, with their own flavor and temperament, that is, they watch each other and are independent of each other.

The veiled plot, newly purchased by Jadeite Manor in 2012, is not only planted in Rosa, but also an experimental plot for more than 400 coffee varieties, including Pacamara, Mocca and SL28. As a more long-term development and exploration plan, Jade Manor hopes to find out the succession varieties of Rose Summer.

The veil is divided into seven small plots: Guabo, Port ó n (Portal), Durazno (Peach), Higuer ó n (fig tree), Higo (fig), Buena Vista (Buena Vista), á guila (Eagle).

Each small plot here is named according to the flavor or location of the coffee produced. For example, Higo is translated as "fig" in Spanish because the coffee in this area has obvious fig flavour. Port ó n is located at the entrance to the veil, so it is named after the Spanish word "door". Many friends even joke that after drinking Port ó n's sun rose summer, the exquisite dry aroma of wine, dark berries, high complexity and pleasant mellow sweetness seem to open the door to a "flavor feast".

In the Jade Manor, the division of each plot has a specific name, not a number. This number only corresponds to the number of each lot in the auction of Jade Manor, which means that this year's "Water washing No. 1 Land" and last year's "Water washing No. 1 Land" do not necessarily come from the same plot.
