Introduction to the varieties of Qianjie-bourbon coffee
Introduction to the basic variety of coffee-bourbon (Bourbon): it is mutated from the early tin card and is the closest to the original species. In 1715, France began to pay attention to the transplantation of Yemeni mocha beans to Bourbon Island on the east coast of Africa. Bourbon is mainly composed of round beans, which has the same high-quality taste as tin card, like the sour taste of red wine and sweet finish.
Bobang variety originated from St. Helena Island, the top young leaves are green, commonly known as "green Bobang" or "Bobang round body". Scientific name:
Coffee Arabica L. Var. Bourbon Rodr. Ex. Choussy . The British East India Company was introduced from Yemen in 1732, rather than the round shape of the Bobang, which the French claimed that "the Yemeni mocha was transplanted to the island of Bobang."
