The Aurora Manor itself covers an area of 31 hectares, of which 16 hectares are native tropical rain forests and the remaining 15 hectares are planted with coffee trees. The elevation is about 1650 meters to 1850 meters (the elevation of the manor is gradually promoted to high school). Shaded areas in the manor account for about 50%, and the tree species come from local endemic species, some of which are high-altitude avocado trees. The temperature ranges from 16 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius, with an average annual rainfall of about 3500 millimetres.

Every year during the harvest season, Aurora Manor sends the harvested coffee cherries to a nearby processing plant, which is about 3 kilometers from the farm, and is equipped with a modern processing equipment. The manor is also specially built energy-saving buildings, a total of workers rest and live.
