Next, let's talk about how to brew tea and mountain tea. I bought 6000 yuan per jin of Fushou pear mountain tea. It tasted good in the tea shop, but when I took it home, I found that it tasted much worse. Also specially went to the supermarket to buy pure water to soak, but the taste is always different from that of the tea shop.

Buy good tea, but don't know how to brew it? Don't let the wrong way of making tea spoil good tea. How do you make Gaoshan tea?

If you want to do good work, you must first sharpen its tools. Please prepare mountain springs and porcelain tea sets first. According to the following ways, you can easily make a pot of good tea.

1. Boil water: make mountain tea, preferably with mountain spring water or stream water. If you can't find mountain spring water, you can also use tap water at home. Never use pure or distilled water. Boil the water for 2 minutes and let the water temperature drop to 95 degrees before brewing.

two。 Warm tea set: when the water temperature drops to 90 degrees, you can first use some water to warm the cup. This is to clean the tea set, at the same time increase the temperature of the tea cup, avoid the tea set too cold to let the tea temperature drop too fast, affecting the taste of tea.

3. Tea: make alpine tea and put tea in a teapot that is about 3 grams of 150ml. You can also increase or decrease according to your preference, but that's the approximate proportion.

4. Make tea: pour hot water into the teapot and soak for about one and a half to two minutes. Each bubble can be increased by 40 seconds. After brewing, move the tea to the tea sea to avoid soaking too long and too strong.

As long as you use the above methods, you can easily make high mountain tea. Good alpine tea can be brewed 3 or 5 times, and the bottom of the tea can also be put into a bottle, poured into boiling water and soaked in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, the taste is also very good.
