Limu Lim is a high-quality wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee with relatively low acidity but some sharpness. Hand-brewed coffee is famous for its well-balanced body (taste) and obvious aroma and spicy taste, usually with fruity, sweet, vibrant and floral aromas.
Grown in Ethiopia's Limu Lim Coffee, Limu beans grow between 3600 and 6200 feet above sea level in southwestern / south-central Ethiopia and produce medium-sized coffee beans with unique circles and greens. Limu is a market name. Limu and Djimmah are often distinguished from western Ethiopia, where Limu is wet and Djimmah is dry. Due to similar flavor characteristics, Limu Lim and Sidamo Sidamo coffee are often interchangeable.
