On December 3, the International Day of the disabled, the coffee shop introduced a coffee shop made up of people with disabilities. At the same time, a cafe made up of autistic teenagers and volunteers quietly opened in Linyi, Shandong province.

In October this year, Xiangya Tower Coffee, the first autistic coffee shop in Shandong Province, was officially opened for business in Shandong Design and Creative Industry Park in Jinan Tangye New area. Adhering to the public welfare nature of Xiang Yata Cafe, Jinan and Linyi provide all drinks, including coffee, free of charge.

At present, Xiang Yata Cafe adopts reservation system and membership system, but it is not completely open to the public. All "customers" need to make an appointment in advance through the official account of Elephant Yata Wechat or the hotline. After training, they come to the cafe to provide volunteer activities.

According to the official account of Xiang Yata, relying on a professional team and based on the true self-feelings of autistic groups, Xiang Yata Cafe has developed a variety of autism experience devices to turn the cafe into a popular autism science base. At the same time, regularly hold professional forums, psychological assistance meetings, parents' mutual help meetings and other ways to help autistic parents of all ages to carry out decompression counseling.

As early as 2018, the coffee workshop continued to report on an autistic cafe in Shanghai called Love-Coffee. The heated discussion on the Internet has given the cafe a new place to go when it is facing a suspension-the first floor of the Shanghai Youth activity Center at 188 Hanzhong Road. Unfortunately, after three years, there is no way to verify whether the cafe is still open.

The cafe is a carrier that connects people with autism to society, allowing the outside world to build a correct understanding of the autistic group. The attention and understanding of the outside world is actually creating a better social environment for people with autism. The rest will depend on them to overcome the obstacles to their own development.
