Do you really understand coffee?

Last Updated: 2024/11/18, Coffee, like Chinese tea, has its own history, which not only affects our lives, but also improves our taste and is also a part of the economy and trade. To understand coffee, we have to understand it from its origin, history, development and other aspects, and I'm not going to repeat it here.

I want to talk about the changes of coffee in China over the past few years. I don't know when everyone started to contact coffee, to what extent they accepted it, and whether they also liked its true cultural connotation. But I think it will definitely be later than knowing tea, right? Hehe, because we will be more influenced by tea culture. After all, our country is the birthplace of tea. Coffee has only entered China for a few decades. The time it really enters the line of sight may be shorter. In fact, the Chinese know coffee from instant coffee and think coffee is this taste. And then when you get a chance to go to a coffee shop, you really get to know it, and then you realize that it's like this, and you're attracted to its mystery until one day it can control your mind and evolve your mind into thinking that you're drinking more than coffee. Because that's coffee, and it's culture, and I don't know if I'm right or wrong, but that's how I understand it.

Because I have been engaged in the coffee industry for many years, so I know more or less coffee, which is considered an insider. Hehe, so what gives me the biggest impression is the rapid development of the coffee industry in China in recent years. I don't understand why. The biggest reason for this is related to the economy. This is also the condition for the existence of coffee. You can't bloom in China's slow-developing areas unless you are Bangwei hehe. We have all witnessed the economic development of coffee in this decade. It is also from that time that coffee has blossomed intensively in every city in China. How many flowers have blossomed and how many fruits have been borne? This has not been analyzed much. Every thing has its reason for existence and of course there are conditions for its non-existence. It is a process of cause, process and result.

If the previous decade was the first round of tentative flowering, then coffee is quietly changing its posture in China with the transformation of China's economy, especially in the last two years, many international brands and many cafes suitable for Chinese thinking are in progress. Time will precipitate useful things, think about the coffee shop at that time: coffee on the island? Coffee on both sides? Starbucks? SPR? Now look at the two models before the degeneration is more acceptable to the latter two models, but do we really have our own coffee shop? I don't know if there's a cafe in any city you know that's more than seven years old. Anyway, in my city, it doesn't seem to be there anymore. It's like losing something. But what does that mean? Coffee is not a luxury, it is a pursuit. I also believe that in the hearts of Chinese people, everyone will have a plot about coffee, and understand themselves from it. Last year, I read an article about the story of many people buying shares to open cafes. It is called many people's cafes, which is also regarded as a variety of modes that inevitably appear in the development process. I also like it very much, after all, in my heart I feel that it belongs to me. Unlike the so-called big brand coffee, I always thought that they came to China for money. I once went to an international brand training that just entered China. It was Korean brand coffee, which completely surprised me and completely irresponsible. You think about the people trained. They are all half-way monks and even some are really wrong children. You can imagine their purpose. You can't completely deny the reason why they don't have many talents in China, but it doesn't conform to their image. I don't think this attitude should be seen in coffee shops. How should I put it? I hope investors who are ready to join know more about it and take responsibility for themselves, right?

Over the years, I have also trained a group of coffee talents for the Chinese market. I am only talking about a group of people, because many of them are fooling around in the clouds. Those who think they will make milk tea or instant coffee say they are baristas. I listen to all funny hehehe of course, these can be identified, like some people are also considered real baristas, people have the pursuit of right, they register companies to do a brand to join the model, in fact, many are shell companies, cheat franchisees money not to mention, even to their suppliers also cheat, really empty cash ah. You can see how hot coffee is hehehe said these only hope to give you a wake up, I usually do some training, I think we should at least have a professional ethics. After all, baristas are also disseminators of coffee culture.

No matter what coffee can bring us, I just hope it can stay there quietly for ten years, twenty years or even longer, because there are many good memories of us there.
