Coffee common sense Coffee exists in the Italian diet
"the peeled salami, a traditional Italian sausage, is stewed in double Espresso and then dripped with cologne", and "on the advice of several futuristic chefs, including Jarro M aincave, abolish the traditional mixed coffee to experiment with the new mixed coffee."
The two recipes and recipes for coffee come from an article called futuristic recipes, written by Italian poet Marinetti, one of the founders of futurism.
Most of the members of futurism are artists and poets who like industrialization, speed and mechanical civilization, and hate all the classical beauty represented by monuments, ruins and museums. Marinetti likes to call herself "European caffeine".
But futurists are not content to express their opinions on art fields such as painting, poetry, sculpture and music, but also make fierce suggestions on areas of daily life such as cooking, clothing and interior design.
Italy is the birthplace of futurism, and futurists must first take advantage of two Italian dietary traditions. The first is pasta. In the futuristic Diet Manifesto, "eliminating pasta" is proposed as a top priority, on the grounds that people wolfing down pasta can cause visceral discomfort. it is more likely to induce human characteristics such as weakness, pessimism, nostalgia, inaction and neutralism.
Futurists imagine that pasta can be replaced with other beneficial dietary ingredients, including flowers, tropical fruits, raw eggs, coffee, cloves and so on.
Coffee is second only to pasta in the Italian diet. Coffee has the effect of invigorating the human spirit and maintaining energy, which is regarded differently by futurists, so it has been tossed about many times in different ways. Stew the sausages in Espresso and add cologne to make the sausages give off a charming aroma. In the view of futurists, the visual beauty and olfactory pleasure of food are far more important than whether the food is delicious or not. We can imagine that "New mixed Coffee" is probably a spice collection experiment, and its taste and appearance have nothing to do with coffee.
Futurism has been active in history for a short time, only from 1907 to about a decade after World War I. Futurists' fanaticism for war and nationalism eventually led them to be completely spurned by the world.
They deserved it, who told them to treat coffee like this.

Making an espresso can either rely on skill or test kung fu.
The first time I tasted espresso was an interview in Geneva. When I first got off the plane, it was bright and sunny, but the interview was half an hour later, and everything was on the run. When I finally appeared in the interview room with a tired face, there were still five minutes to go before the interview began. The receptionist suggested a cup of coffee. All I know is yes! Come on! you don't have to talk about it. Can be
