Coffee machine Italian espresso coffee machine pumping study
Electromagnetic vibrating pumps have been focused on before, but questions remain: commercial coffee machines are not actually suitable for electromagnetic vibrating pumps. The reasons are at least two aspects:
a. The noise and vibration of the electromagnetic vibration pump are huge, so it can not be done very much, which affects the pressure and flow produced by the pump.
b. The information I have collected shows that there is no electromagnetic vibration pump inside the Italian commercial coffee machine.
Therefore, I spent an hour doing research, and the conclusions are as follows:
There are two kinds of pumps used in the espresso machine:
1. Electromagnetic vibration pump (Vibratory Pump) of household coffee machine.
This is mainly CEME's ULKA series pump.
There are also some domestic companies that can produce.
There are two disadvantages of electromagnetic vibration pump:
a. It cannot be run for a long time, so it is not suitable for commercial use.
b. Can't provide higher pressure.
two。 High pressure rotating Vane pump (rotary vane pump) of Commercial Coffee Machine
The main manufacturers are:
High pressure rotary vane pump produced by fluid-o-tech.
The high-pressure rotary vane pump (special pump for coffee machine) produced by Procon Company in the United States.
There are also several companies in Wenzhou that can produce.
The advantage of high-pressure rotary vane pump happens to be the disadvantage of electromagnetic vibration pump.
This is the rotary vane pump used in commercial coffee machines.
