Seven principles of perfect Coffee
Here are seven simple rules for making good coffee:
Use freshly roasted coffee beans and store them for no more than a week, preferably those roasted half an hour ago.
Store the coffee beans in a dark container.
Freshly ground coffee beans before blending.
You should put the water from the faucet for a few seconds before use, and then boil the water with the fresh cold water that has just flowed out of the faucet, but not for too long, and do not pour boiled water on the coffee.
Use your favorite method-- piston, drip, or whatever-- to make sure the coffee has enough time to brew.
Drink right away.
Remember to preheat the cup before pouring in the coffee.
