"in less than ten years, Fushan Coffee Town will develop into an important tourist town on the western front of our province!" on the afternoon of April 13, in the conference room of Chengmaifushan Coffee Town, the evaluation meeting of "Master Planning of Chengmaifushan Coffee Culture Town" is being held here. The delegates are enthusiastically discussing the future blueprint of Fushan Coffee Culture Town.
According to the planning, Fushan Coffee Culture Town will be built in the future, including Fushan World Coffee Expo Park, Coffee Culture theme Park, Coffee Museum, Coffee Research Center, Hotel Theme and other projects.
On January 1, 2010, when the 11th China Hainan Island Happy Festival ended in Fushan coffee culture town, the town also launched a coffee culture tourism brand with the help of the festival, taking a perfect first step. Two years later, when I returned to this town, people were pleasantly surprised to find that the coffee street was fragrant, the coffee culture hall was full of tourists, and the coffee forest was lush. It is not difficult to see that the town is growing step by step towards the goal of becoming the leader of tourism in the west of Hainan.
Recalling the changes in the town over the past two years, Huang Fei, deputy director of the town's administrative committee, sighed: "when I came here, it was still a wasteland. Now you see, it is full of trees, birds and flowers."
According to Huang Fei, the coffee town has recently identified several construction projects. First, Starbucks, an international coffee chain, will be stationed in the town, and the store site has been selected for decoration. The second is to build a 30, 000-square-meter international coffee trading platform and The Business Inn in the town area, and the third is a five-star tourist Leisure Inn Hotel will land in the town. "We will work steadily and steadily and grow and build up step by step." Huang Fei told reporters confidently.
Over the past two years, Fushan Coffee Culture Town has driven the tourism development of the surrounding villages and towns, and has become a new bright spot of tourism in the west line of our province, attracting tens of thousands of people every month. Gradually formed a coffee town as the main one-day tour route, to taste coffee, taste delicious food, dig sweet potatoes, pick Fu Orange a series of interesting tourism projects combined, in the National Day, Spring Festival and other holidays attracted a large number of tourists. According to statistics, more than 160000 tourists came to Fushan to taste coffee last year, and more than 60, 000 tourists visited the coffee town during last year's National Day alone.
Not only the foreign tourists feel the vigorous development of the Fushan coffee culture town, but the "residents" of the town also experience the real changes in the town.
In the Mori Valley soft time Cafe, tourists sit in twos and threes chatting and laughing under the eaves, while barista Liang Xiaoyi is busy grinding and brewing coffee at the counter. Liang Xiaoyi has been working in the town for a year. Over the past year, she has witnessed the changes in the town and seen more and more customers in the coffee shop. "it feels like the town is like a coffee tree outside, growing up day by day, and we are growing up with it." She told the reporter with a smile.
The sun was burning outside the cafe and Chen Qiuying, a gardener, was busy watering the coffee forest. Chen Qiuying moved to Fushan with her husband a few years ago and usually makes a living by doing odd jobs around. In July last year, she came to the coffee town to work as a gardener, earning 50 yuan a day and earning thousands a month. "now when people ask me where I'm from, I always say I'm from a small coffee town!" Chen Qiuying said with a smile. (Xinhua News Agency, Jinjiang, April 15th)

Thoughts on the unsalable Coffee beans in Yunnan
For Pu'er farmers, this year's coffee beans keep them awake. In previous years, people are looking for beans, but this year they are looking for people. At the beginning of the year, there were many people who bought, but we didn't want to sell. Now there are few people who want to buy, so we can't find a buyer if we want to sell. Li Xiaozhi, a villager of Kongguang Village, Mangkuan Township, Longyang District, Baoshan City, said in an interview: 90% of the villagers in our village grow coffee beans and grow noodles.
