At room temperature, roasted coffee beans can be kept fresh for two weeks. Refrigerating in the refrigerator will prolong the retention period and keep it fresh for about a month. However, when you open the refrigerator to pick up and put the coffee, the temperature difference with the outside will produce water fog, which accelerates the deterioration of the coffee beans. When cold storage or cryopreservation, the coffee beans can be divided into small pieces with food bags or plastic wrap, and the required amount can be taken out when in use.
