The seagull hand-pressed coffee machine is shaped like a seagull that spreads its wings. Its principle is very similar to the pull-rod coffee machine in the commercial coffee machine, which uses manpower to replace the water pump to produce a larger water pressure to complete the extraction of ESPRESSO. However, it is obvious that an equipment as big as a seagull hand-pressed coffee machine cannot produce a water pressure as high as 9 BAR, and the low water temperature is also fatal because it is not heated during the extraction process. Although there are many shortcomings, but the overall effect is still worthy of its price, and it is indeed the most convenient and quick way to extract Italian coffee.

Raw material

12 grams of coffee powder (fine grinding, preferably with special Italian coffee beans) about 80ml of hot water (the water temperature is as high as possible)

Production steps

1. Preheating (the specific preheating procedure is the same as the operating procedure, but no coffee powder is added), warm the cup

2. Remove the coffee handle and fill it with coffee powder, which can be compacted slightly and be sure to fill it flat.

3. Put the handle on the coffee machine and be sure to tighten it.

4. Make sure that the pressure bars on both sides of the coffee machine are pressed, and then add hot water to the sink. The amount of water can be referred to the scale in the sink.

Pour out the hot water in the coffee cup and put it under the handle

6. Pull up the pressure bars on both sides slowly, then press them down by force, and then press to the end to complete the extraction.

Although this device is claimed to be for two, it is almost enough for one person according to my personal taste. If the beans are fresh enough, the water temperature is high enough, and the pressure is just right, you can still squeeze out the coffee grease, and you can make a good cappuccino or latte with a manual milking machine. The most important thing is that it does not need power and fire, which expands its scope of use.
