One from Hsinchu, one from Taipei, and two Taiwanese over 50 years old want to build China's "Blue Mountain" in Xiamen. As we all know, Blue Mountain Coffee is one of the most superior coffee in the world. It is produced in Jamaica. Its unique geographical and climatic conditions have created its superior quality.

With its vast territory and abundant resources, I wonder if the mainland can also produce such high-quality coffee beans. Now, in a cafe called FCR, this bold idea is being put into practice. During the May Day period, the Xiamen Lvcuo flagship store of the FCR Cafe officially opened, marking the official beginning of the "Blue Mountain" road for the two Taiwanese.

There are top manor coffee beans.

Blue Mountains, Yega Chuefei, Nicaraguan oak beans. Walking into the store, cans of coffee beans are neatly placed on the window. At first glance, it is not unusual, but for those who are familiar with coffee, it is really "hidden dragon and crouching tiger".

"like this TOP gold manning, which is freshly baked, it is one of the best quality coffee produced in Sumatra, Indonesia." Peng Peitong from Hsinchu told the guide that their store has manor coffee beans from 23 countries, especially the rare Blue Mountain on the market, which is their "treasure of the town shop."

Last year, Peng Peitong and Mr. Gao from Taipei were optimistic about the "virgin coffee land" in Xiamen and opened a small shop on Huming Road, which not only sold all kinds of "boutique beans", but also taught people how to brew coffee. They are not only selling coffee beans, but also spreading coffee culture.

Create "FCR Coffee" made in Yunnan

After operating a small shop for more than a year, its development is limited by space, and the two founders of FCR have set up a new pavilion in the Lvcuo Alishan Building. With more room for display, Peng Peitong is thinking about the way forward: "continue to introduce the fresh concept of roasting boutique coffee to the scene, and at the same time collide with the concept of coffee culture by teaching and exchanging coffee on the spot."

Peng Peitong said that Yunnan is similar to the blue mountain of top coffee in latitude, coupled with the unique natural conditions suitable for coffee cultivation, in theory, it should be able to grow high-quality coffee beans close to the blue mountain. However, due to the lack of professional deep processing and marketing information in the mainland, Yunnan coffee is not well-known and locked in the mountains, and most of the high-quality beans have been purchased by coffee enthusiasts in Japan.

At present, the FCR team led by Taiwanese has entered the Yunnan Coffee Farm, and the first batch of coffee beans from Yunnan have been packaged as "FCR Coffee" and have landed in Xiamen one after another. Peng Peitong's Chinese dream of "Blue Mountain" is slowly taking shape. (Yang Siping, reporter of the Straits Guide)
