The study found that drinking coffee and exercise can lose weight!
You may have seen a girl shown in a movie. She was dressed in sportswear with coffee in her hand, apparently preparing for a daily morning run after drinking coffee. Well, you may think she pretends to be a bit of a big-tailed wolf, but in fact she is absolutely right to do so. An academic article published in the Journal of Physiology (Journal of Applied Physiology) recently proved that drinking coffee before exercise can make you feel better and reduce fatigue during exercise.
The study assumes a person's daily routine every morning: drink a cup of coffee, then go jogging, get home and have another cup with breakfast, then have lunch. Fourteen volunteers in the study were divided into two groups for indoor cycling: one group consumed caffeine 90 minutes before exercise (the amount of caffeine is equal to that in two 8-ounce cups of coffee or four cups of black tea). The other group did not take any effective drugs. The results showed that the caffeine group felt more relaxed during exercise.

But this is not just the only finding of the study. The researchers also conducted a special study on the effects of caffeine on diet and found that people who drank caffeine and did morning exercises ate slightly more calories a day than those who did not. So we can conclude that coffee not only makes exercise easier, but also reduces your calorie intake throughout the day. This is amazing!

Why do we feel that it doesn't smell good when we drink coffee? Barry, a professor at University of London. The conclusion of Smith's study is that we have two senses about smell, one of which is caused by inhalation in the external environment.
