If you want to make the unique milk foam of espresso, you have to buy a stainless steel bubble pot and beat the whole milk into foam by hand, which is quite time-consuming. In contrast, even household espresso machines whose extraction pressure and temperature are not as stable as commercial models are easier to open a shop than mocha pots, while coffee machines priced below 10,000 yuan are mostly brewed under steam pressure.

(3) Coffee powder dosage and grinding degree: 8 grams per cup of coffee powder (grinding degree: medium to fine).

(4) Water volume: 150ml. Step a) pour water into the kettle, about 150 milliliters per cup, and the height of the water should not exceed the outlet, so as to prevent steam from hurting people.
