At that time, Kochsky ran a grocery store, so he came up with the idea of making his own coffee. He boiled the coffee powder and sugar together, then poured the clear part into the cup, which became the beginning of the trial of "Turkish coffee".

There were neither tables nor chairs in his shop, so the guests had to stand at the bar to have a drink. There was an endless stream of guests attracted by the strong aroma of coffee.
