Boutique coffee common sense drinking coffee can really reduce inflammation?
Drinking coffee can reduce inflammation and help regulate high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, according to a new study by Finnish and German researchers.
The researchers reported that they asked 47 subjects who had a coffee drinking habit to quit drinking coffee for a month to prove that drinking coffee could reduce inflammation. They were asked to drink four cups of traditionally handmade coffee a day in the second month and eight cups of coffee a day in the third month.
By analyzing the subjects' blood samples, the researchers found that in the last month of the trial, the levels of pro-inflammatory interleukin-18 in the subjects' blood decreased by 8%. The level of isoprostaglandin decreased by 16%, but the level of adiponectin, an anti-inflammatory factor, increased by 6%. As a result, the researchers believe that drinking coffee can reduce inflammation.
