Women drinking more coffee can effectively reduce the risk of stroke.

The results showed that from 1980 to 2004, there were 2280 cases of stroke. After adjusting for several stroke risk factors, the researchers found that drinking caffeinated coffee was significantly negatively associated with stroke risk. Compared with those who drank less than 1 cup of coffee per month, those who drank 2 or 3 cups of coffee per day died.
