There are 42 coffee beans from different producing areas in the class, which are used as cup testing materials to let students understand the flavor of coffee from different producing areas. After completing the course, students will undergo a coffee comparison test, acidity identification, taste threshold test, cup test and coffee maker for 5 days and 40 hours.
