As a member of life in a big city, the pressure always comes from everywhere, but now I have learned to accept the pressure, release the pressure, so that I can better adapt to here, maybe you can too!

As a working woman, I feel a lot of stress every day, and most of the time I am in a state of anxiety, which is a very bad feeling, which has a certain impact on both work and life. Later, an occasional hot opportunity for me to find a suitable way to relax, that is, coffee shop sit-in!

Once I ran into a heavy rain and had nowhere to go, and I was in a terrible mood. I happened to stay at the door of a cafe, so I went in, took a seat by the window, ordered a cup of hot coffee casually, listened to the light music played in the store and the clatter of rain outside, looked at the pedestrians outside or striding, or the vendors holding umbrellas, and the passers-by who took shelter from the rain at the door. Then a person sat there in a daze and sat there all afternoon. Wait until the evening, only to find that I have stayed so long, quiet for so long, this feeling is very strange, very comfortable.

Later, I will often come to this cafe, no matter when I am happy, when I am sad, when I am at a low ebb, when I am irritable, when I turn off my cell phone, listen to music, or be in a daze, or read a book, or write words, when I feel so quiet, I will forget the work, responsibilities and troubles around me. It's like a safe haven. After I have a good rest here, I will tell myself: you have finished your rest, you can continue to struggle, come on!
