This is doomed that vacuum coffee is difficult to ensure its freshness, but the quality of coffee will be reduced to a level in exchange for longer preservation time.
Filled with inert gas packaging is a more expensive packaging method, inert gas filling makes the oxidation process of coffee beans become slow, ILLY is the use of this method of packaging, it can indeed achieve a good effect of keeping fresh, but another problem is that once the coffee beans preserved by this method are opened, the oxidation rate will become very fast.
Environmental protection packaging is widely used in foreign countries, but it does not seem to be suitable for China's national conditions. As many foreign coffee shops themselves produce and sell themselves, and consumers consume coffee very quickly, they can completely ignore the tightness of taboo packaging and use paper bags as packaging bags. however, in China, from the production link to the sales link and then to the final consumer hands, its cycle is longer, so environmental packaging can not become the mainstream in China.
Bean type

Look at bean color
Like the bean type, for a single variety of unblended coffee beans, the more uniform the bean color, the better. if the bean color is different, there are several possibilities, either the raw beans selected by the coffee beans are old beans, resulting in uneven water content of the raw beans; or the merchants have been blended and are not pure coffee beans; or there are problems in baking and the dehydration time is not enough. Or the grade of the raw bean itself is lower, in short, no matter what the reason is, it is disadvantageous to the quality of the coffee bean.
Hope grease
Coffee beans will produce oil, coffee oil not only reflects the baking degree, but also can be used as an important reference index of coffee freshness. If the coffee is roasted deeply, the coffee beans will be oiled as soon as they come out of the oven, and the coffee oil will slowly volatilize over time, so the oil from the deep-roasted coffee beans is an important sign of relative freshness. On the other hand, the medium and shallow roasted coffee beans generally take some time to oxidize before they produce oil, so the oil from the medium-baked coffee beans is not fresh, but the situation will be a little more complicated. because the shallow roasted coffee has no oil, that is, the oil may have volatilized or roasted, the shallow coffee will not produce oil at all, so we must combine all aspects to judge comprehensively.
