2 cups espresso (200ml)

200ml hot cocoa

A little gingerbread crumbs

100ml milk

Sugar (depending on individual taste)

1-2 slices of gingerbread for embellishment

Practice

Add gingerbread crumbs to the hot cocoa, stir and pour in the coffee

Beat the milk into foam

Pour the coffee made in the first step into the glass (to 1x2), then add foam, add sugar according to taste, and sprinkle with gingerbread fragments to garnish.
