Hou Guoquan said that the flavor of coffee mainly comes from raw beans and roasting, but the right brewing can get the best flavor, and only if manufacturers have a clear explanation can consumers have a basis.
Take this trial product as an example, each bag can brew about 150ml coffee, which may be slightly insufficient for consumers who are accustomed to using mugs or thermos (with a capacity of more than 300ml).
Hu Yuanzheng said that Arabica beans and Robesta beans are the main coffee beans in the world, with a yield ratio of about 7:3. Arabica beans are more expensive and Roberta is cheaper.
The caffeine content of Roberta is nearly twice as high as that of Arabica. Generally speaking, Arabica beans are more fruity, while Roberta has the wheat flavor of cereals. The results showed that Mister Donut was the highest (1.12) and Benazon's classic Blue Mountain flavor was the lowest (0.98).
