Many people use a piston coffee pot to make coffee, first of all, clean the coffee pot thoroughly; a cup of medium concentration coffee needs to use 60 grams of coffee powder with 1 liter of water. If the taste is heavy, put more coffee powder, and vice versa. Do not think of soaking time to change the coffee concentration; the water temperature should be between 88 and 94 degrees Celsius, the coffee will taste less bitter. The coffee powder is soaked for up to 4 minutes, and the longer the time, the more bitter it tastes; then slowly and smoothly press the piston with a filter to the bottom of the pot; finally, pour the coffee into the white coffee cup.
A recent study from the University of Oxford shows that the color of coffee cups can affect the aroma of coffee you feel, and white works best. Adding milk or sugar to the coffee will affect the aroma of the coffee. If you must add it, you'd better choose low-fat milk.
