Yunnan Coffee Trading Center includes coffee trading headquarters, boutique processing park, three coffee collection centers and coffee delivery warehouses. The trading center uses electronic information technology to gather coffee resources available for trading around the world for trading, so as to realize spot trading of coffee products. Yunnan coffee acreage and output account for more than 98% of China's, and more than 70% of Yunnan coffee is exported to Europe, North America and other countries as raw materials. Using electronic trading platform, Yunnan Coffee Trading Center will realize spot trading of bulk raw coffee and boutique coffee through trading modes such as listing, bidding (auction) and bidding procurement.
As the auction platform is based on the Internet, local sellers and domestic and foreign buyers can consult the valid catalogue and price of the auction items online through computers, smartphones or tablets. On the same day, the opening ceremony of Yunnan boutique coffee processing park was held. As an important part of Yunnan Coffee Trading Center, the planning and design of Yunnan boutique coffee processing park includes storage area, primary processing zone, intensive processing zone, customs supervision warehouse, product display and experience center, international exchange center, financial service center and so on. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2018.
