Colombia's grading system for coffee beans is simple, judging beans based solely on their size. Therefore, if you buy coffee from Colombia, it is only marked with Supremo(premium) and does not mean that its taste is also the best. Generally speaking, the Colombia coffee produced in the fine bean producing area will be marked with detailed information such as origin and manor. If it is not marked, it is generally commercial grade coffee beans produced in MAM area.
Colombia coffee classification is generally based on the order unit, 18 orders or more is called Supremo, 18 orders or less is Excelso.
