1. Please relax, everything will be all right.

It is common to see some new baristas become in a hurry because they forget the recipe for a certain kind of coffee or how to use a certain device. After weeks of training, you finally have a chance to walk up to the bar and make coffee for your customers. 6. Give full play to subjective initiative

Finally, I think the most useful piece of advice! The job of a barista is cool, but also tiring. I once complained to my friends all day about how hard it was to be a barista. People tend to be angry and anxious when they are tired. But what you need to do is to be happy, calm and calm at all times, and don't let your work affect your mood.
