The benefits of drinking coffee regularly
Studies have shown that drinking coffee regularly also helps to reduce the risk of diabetes among overweight and alcoholics.
Finn News reported that researchers from the Finnish National Institute of Public Health conducted a long-term follow-up study of more than 60,000 Finns.
