The brewing of coffee powder
You can brew coffee powder by hand without a coffee maker.
There are two common ways, filter paper brewing and the use of a press (or tea maker or coffee maker).
one。 Preparatory work:
1. Coffee powder
You can grind your own coffee beans or buy ready-made coffee powder. Coffee powder needs to be kept airtight after opening the bag, and try to drink it within a week, otherwise it is easy to smell bad. One spoonful of coffee powder is enough to make a cup of coffee.
two。 water
Use 92-96 degrees water, not boiled water. Water above 96 degrees can destroy the oil in the coffee and make the coffee bitter. If the temperature is too low, the coffee will not taste like coffee. The coffee will be sour and astringent.
two。 Brewing
1. Filter paper brewing:
Fine coffee powder is suitable for brewing in this way. Use a small funnel, put a piece of filter paper on the inside of the funnel, and put a cup of coffee powder into the filter paper pocket. (to prevent coffee from entering the interlayer between the filter paper and the funnel wall) wet the coffee powder with water at the right water temperature, and then add water later (water should be added slowly to prevent the coffee dregs from flushing into the coffee above the edge of the filter paper) until a cup of coffee is intact.
two。 Press pot brewing
Put the coffee powder that matches the thickness of the press pot into the pot according to the amount of N cup, but do not exceed the limit of the coffee pot. Pour water from 91 to 96 degrees Celsius into the pot until the top of the metal rack outside the coffee pot, place the filter rod, soak for 3 minutes and push the filter to the bottom. A pot of delicious coffee is ready.
three。 Be careful
1. Coffee is not really brewed on the fire, but brewed in water of 91-96 degrees Celsius.
two。 The coffee pot should be preheated before making coffee.
3. Coffee powder can not be boiled again, any kind of coffee is made by washing the taste (water-soluble and insoluble organic and inorganic matter) out of the coffee, and the second time it is tasteless.
