When we arrived at lunchtime, a room full of lampblack smelled when we opened the door, and the impression was immediately discounted (so the Central store was more recommended). We originally planned to leave, but then saw the bench at the door available and thirsty, so we ordered a cup of Nitro coffee (clod brew) filled with nitrogen with friends. Another cup is made of geisha (cerro azul gersha Columbia Hope Manor).

Then we sat at the door waiting for our coffee to be delivered. The shop was very busy and there were guests going in and out all the time. I have to admire that the boss is a mba graduate. Although it is too noisy as far as cafes are concerned, it is also a healthy business model, full of vitality and vitality.

The first person to arrive is a cup of Nitro Coffee,CR, which is the leader of nitrogen coffee. It is said that the product is first cold extracted for 18 hours, filtered twice with filter paper to get a purer taste, then injected with liquid nitrogen, stored for a whole day and completely fused. This cup is made with dense and round foam, rich aroma of flowers and fruits, fresh, cool and smooth taste, clean and pure drink, very comfortable!

Then there is a Geisha AAA from Hope Manor in Colombia. Granja La Esperanza Manor is dominated by botanists, and the three Geisha won the treble in the American Fine Coffee Association's annual world coffee competition in 2012. Touching! After drinking, we immediately went in to buy coffee beans.

After seeing too many enterprising boutique coffee shops turn into chain stores, the quality has plummeted, and it is also very sad that the quality has fallen to chain stores. I hope they can do better and better. After all, making a profit is the premise of continuing to drink a good cup of coffee!

If you want to experience the small and lively cafe environment, this Sheung Wan shop and Wan Chai shop are recommended. If you are sensitive to smell, you are advised to go to the Central store.
