Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Drinking coffee in moderation has many health benefits, but it should be noted that this does not mean that instant coffee is also good for health.

According to a study in Japan, the instant coffee we drink may not have a refreshing effect even if we drink more than five cups a day, depending on our physique. This is because instant coffee does not have the original concentration of coffee beans. On the contrary, additional flavors such as cream, syrup and coffee companions are added to the instant coffee. In an instant coffee, the real coffee ingredients are only about 1 to 3 times that of the original ground coffee.

On the package of a famous instant coffee brand, we can see that the nutritional composition table shows that each serving of instant coffee contains 260 kilojoules, 0.3 grams of protein, 2.4 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbohydrates and 40 milligrams of sodium. The so-called instant coffee per serving refers to a small strip of packaged coffee, each containing 13 grams, of which fat and carbohydrates account for 11.4 grams. Although we will pour instant coffee into the water and drink it, the sugar and energy contained in it should not be ignored.

For refreshing purposes, tea is healthier than coffee. This is because tea also contains the same ingredients as coffee-caffeine and polyphenols, but tea does not contain any fat or carbohydrates and is a zero-energy drink. Consumers usually buy coffee and coffee beverage products, you can pay attention to the nutritional composition table, lower carbohydrates and energy values are better.
