Ethiopia is an ancient country with a history of 3000 years of civilization. The Hamite people who immigrated from the southern Arabian Peninsula were the earliest inhabitants.

Monlinique I reigned in 975 BC. The Kingdom of Nubia was established in the 8th century BC.

From the 1st century to 976 AD, the Ethiopian Empire, also known as the Kingdom of Aksum, was established in Aksum in the north. Christianity was introduced into Ethiopia in the 4th and 5th century. From the 12th century to 1270, the Zagvi dynasty was established in September 1974, when a group of young officers formed the "Army, Police and Local Army Coordination Committee" (DERGUE, English SHADOW, which generally refers to the junta and the Mengistu regime) launched a military coup, overthrew the Haier Selassie government, announced the end of monarchy and the establishment of a "temporary military government". In November, the "interim military government" was changed to "interim military Administrative Council". In December, the interim military Administrative Council declared Ethiopia a "socialist country" with the nationalization of land, financial and financial institutions and industry in July 1991, with the participation of more than 20 political and ethnic organizations. The meeting adopted the Transitional Charter and elected an 87-member House of Representatives, with EGF Chairman Meles Zenawi as President and President of the Transitional Government. A transitional government was established. On 24 May 1993, Eritrea (formerly Eritrea Province of Ethiopia) became a sovereign country through a referendum under the supervision of the international community. Ethiopia is located between 6-9 degrees north latitude and 34-40 degrees east longitude, in the center of the Horn of Africa, is a landlocked country. It is bordered by Djibouti and Somalia to the east, Sudan to the north, Eritrea to the north and Kenya to the south. There are more than 80 ethnic groups in the country, mainly Oromo (40%), Amhara (20%), Tiger (8%), Somalia (6%), Sidamo (4%) and so on. 45% of the residents believe in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, 40-45% believe in Islam, 5% believe in Protestantism, and the rest believe in primitive religions.

By 2012, the three most populous states were Oromo, Amhara and Southern State. In the 1950s and 1960s, many African countries became independent and adopted green, yellow and red as flag colors, so they were called "Pan-African colors". Ethiopia is one of the ancient countries in Africa, with a long history of more than 3000 years, giving green, yellow and red colors deeper roots in this land. Historically, they are closely related to the liturgy of the Coptic church, and are worshipped as the symbol of the trinity of the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit, reflecting the three virtues of loyalty, hope and kindness advocated by human freedom. These three colors also represent three regions of Ethiopia: Tikleh (red), Amhara (yellow) and Theo (green). Green represents fertile land, mild climate and rich plant resources, but also symbolizes hope for the future; yellow symbolizes peace and fraternity, as well as the people's determination to build the country; red symbolizes that the people are ready to shed blood and sacrifice to defend the motherland.

The taste of Sidama in the sun is close to the smell of flowers, but it is about a little earthy. Water washing has a nutty fruit aroma with a slight cocoa aroma, but what the two have in common is smooth taste and viscosity, comfortable and pleasant acidity and fragrance. Light or medium roasting is suitable for individual products, medium or deep roasting is suitable for blending coffee and good Espresso base washing treatment. Cidamo is light green, small beans, oval growth, full fruit, good average quality, fragrant and mellow smell, a drop of taste, lingering aftertaste, with wild beauty. It is elegant and playful, the palate is mild and pleasant, with a strong taste impact with the bright lemon acid later on, the palate is unique and mellow, the taste is chic and pleasant, and the slowly rising finish contains chic sweetness from the Sherisa Cooperative near Dilla town. The cooperative was founded in 1976 and is now a member of the SCFCU of the Sidamo Farmers' Cooperative Union. We have screened the coffee again, and the selected batch has excellent flavor, which tends to be honey, citrus and coffee flowers.

The coffee flavor of Sidamo is very diverse, with different soil types, microclimate and countless native coffee species, which make the coffee produced in cities and towns have obvious differences and characteristics. In 2010-2012, it continuously obtained the high score of CR92~94, the authoritative coffee evaluation website in the United States. Thus it can be seen that the raw beans in this area are extraordinary. The territory has towering mountains, highlands, plateaus, valleys and plains, with diverse topography. The geology of the area belongs to fertile, well-drained volcanic soil with a depth of nearly two meters and a dark brown or brown surface soil. The biggest advantage of this place is that the soil fertility is maintained through the circulation of organic matter, using the withered leaves of the surrounding trees or the residual roots of the plants as fertilizer.
