Recently, coffee lovers have a good place to go. As an important event of the Shanghai Tourism Festival, the 2016 Shanghai (Jing'an) World Coffee Culture Festival opened from September 8 to 14, and opened the main venue on the ground floor of Kerry Center, Nanjing West Road, preparing a rich coffee culture feast for the general public.

The Coffee Culture Festival brings together many industrial levels, such as coffee suppliers, boutique coffee chains, independent coffee shops, quality coffee bean suppliers and coffee surrounding manufacturers, in an effort to professionally maximize the quality and culture of coffee in different aspects. In addition to the Star Cafe, which mainly comes from Jing'an District, the organizers graciously invited the more well-known cafes in Shanghai to join. The "luxury lineup" of coffee exhibitors includes LAVAZZA, the world's veteran coffee general, NINETY PLUS, which leads the high-end quality of emerging boutique coffee beans, GABEE, the master shop of coffee champion, Mingqian Coffee, one of the earliest boutique coffee pathfinders in China, and MANNER, the smallest boutique cafe in moments.

In the outer circle of the main venue is the booth of coffee exhibitors, providing coffee beans, coffee products, coffee brewing and drinking utensils, coffee culture products and coffee matching food sales. Most of the booths provide on-site brewing and testing of coffee. Coffee lovers can drink coffee from different places, brands and types at one time, taste and compare the differences in aroma and taste of different coffee, and understand the impact of brewing skills on coffee.

In the middle of the meeting, there is a thematic interactive space, with coffee lectures and interactive salons on different topics every day. Among them, Hu Yuanzheng, the chief judge of the World Cup coffee brewing competition and a veteran coffee maker, will open two special shows today and tomorrow to teach coffee lovers the professional knowledge of coffee.

In addition, there is also a small "Jing'an, Please sit down" coffee chair collection exhibition, carefully selected seats from 20 cafes large and small in Jing'an District as installation exhibits, intended to use chairs as carriers to show the unique personality and overall appearance of Jing'an coffee culture.

It is worth mentioning that there is a booth at the scene reserved for the first Shanghai University Student Curry Competition, and several groups of college contestants participating in the finals will simulate running a coffee shop in these days to realize their dream of starting a coffee business.
