The second Jinan barista competition in China will begin.

According to the person in charge of Jinan Zhongheng Mall, this barista skills contest is another high-standard and high-level professional competition on the basis of the first competition successfully held last year. The baking skills contest is to learn from the experience and mode of the successful holding of the baking skills contest, the first baking professional skills contest launched in Jinan, with "golden autumn, fruit fragrance as the theme of the competition", which is of groundbreaking significance. The purpose of the two competitions is to highlight the requirements of the times of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", to develop and strengthen the ranks of coffee and baking technical personnel, and to promote the construction of modern industrial system and the transformation of the mode of economic development; build a platform for technical talents to learn and exchange with each other, and find, select and train talents in a timely manner. Promote the vast number of workers to learn skills, delve into business, improve skills, create a social atmosphere of "advocating skills, not only academic qualifications and abilities", and create a team of high-quality baristas and bakers. The organizing committee specially invited well-known experts and judges at home and abroad to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the contestants through theoretical examinations and practical operations, select the winners and issue award certificates. The top three contestants will also be awarded the title of "Jinan Technical expert" by the Municipal people's and Social Affairs Bureau.
