Recently, Futian Street Fu'an Community organized more than 30 white-collar workers to participate in the "White-collar Cafe" activity, voting for the most popular association activities, on this basis to organize association-themed activities to enrich CBD white-collar life.

The "White-collar Cafe" activity is modelled on the "World Cafe" model, where collision ideas are exchanged in the cafe, and an issue has been held before the Spring Festival. The participants included pilots, bank employees, subway employees, etc., and discussed in groups of four or five. The desk chief was chosen by the public, and the discussion was divided into three rounds to deepen their understanding of each other during the collision. It was precisely because of the free way of communication that white-collar workers were still very formal at first, and then slowly warmed up.

Before the start of the event, each white-collar worker needs to fill in a certificate, in addition to the basic self-introduction, but also need to write down the association they want to set up, and then post it on the wall as a brief introduction. At the end of the activity, community workers invite white-collar workers to like the association they are interested in. The community will assess the feasibility of the association according to the number of "likes". If it is feasible, the idea may be implemented.

Lu Zhicheng, the stationmaster of the community workstation, said that through the communication and collision of the coffee shop, we can find the interest of white-collar workers and better serve them. At the same time, we can also sort out the talent database. For example, the participants in the previous phase have a bicycle owner and will come to work as a volunteer this time. With the participation of the pilot this time, the community can invite him to talk about aviation knowledge, and the resources will be used by the community.
