The third is to increase investment in infrastructure construction. The coffee production road in the project area is uniformly planned by the transportation department and the township (town) involved. After a discussion and referendum organized by the village committee, the township (town) and village are responsible for organizing and implementing the coffee production road. The standard is that the road width is more than 3 meters and the radiation planting area is more than 300 mu. Financial subsidy of 20,000 yuan per kilometer. Fourth, for those who have completed the task of excavation area of pits and ponds and signed a countercontract agreement on land circulation lease before March 30, 2013, farmers who have passed the acceptance will be given a reward of 15 yuan per mu. Fifth, farmers who grow coffee with plots of corn and rice and inefficient tea fields in 2012 will be given a reward of 20 yuan per mu after verification and acceptance.
Through policy encouragement, so far, Linxiang District has completed a total of 31920 mu of newly planted coffee and 6371 mu of replanting, and the coffee industry in the region has developed healthily.
