The transformation of Changxing Village is not only because the mountain village has "foreign coffee", but more importantly, the villagers 'pockets have become more bulging through the development of industry. In 2016, with the increase of coffee output year by year, 16 poor households joining the cooperative developed in groups and all took off the "poor hat".

"All this is inseparable from Huang Xiuwu, secretary of our village party branch. He led us to realize our dream of getting rid of poverty." Changxing village poverty alleviation household Huang Xiubo gratefully said.

Huang Xiuwu, as the villagers call him, is not only a village-level support cadre, but also the director-general of Changxing Village Feishui Organic Coffee Cooperative.

"I am a Party member. I have the responsibility and obligation to lead the poor households in the village out of poverty. Poverty alleviation is only a small goal. Let the villagers live in new houses and develop steadily in the cooperative for a long time. Only then can I be regarded as a qualified cadre." Huang Xiuwu said.

It is understood that Huang Xiuwu is a state-level senior barista. In 2013, Qiongzhong issued the plan of "100 villages and 100 communities, thousands of people and thousands of households" to start a business and become rich. Huang Xiuwu, who returned to his hometown to start a business, took the lead in establishing Qiongzhong Feishui Organic Coffee Professional Cooperative, registered coffee trademark, innovated the development mode of "cooperative + farmer household" and guided villagers to develop in groups.

At the initial stage of the cooperative development, Huang Xiuwu invested 20,000 yuan to persuade poor households to join the cooperative, and formed a complete industrial chain by exploring the development of coffee from single planting to deep processing of products, providing coffee seedlings, coffee bonsai trees, coffee dried fruits, coffee beans and other products, and developing organic coffee garden sightseeing projects in combination with natural environmental advantages.

Nowadays, Changxing Village has extended coffee industry to tourism by taking advantage of the beautiful ecological environment of Feishui Ridge in Qiongzhong and combining with the local rich Li Miao culture.
