Transformation of rice winery: SALON DE LAVANT

SALON DE LAVANT is a cafe run by a young couple. The husband, who worked as an interior designer in Seoul, decided to come to Jeju Island and open the cafe that the couple had always dreamed of, because the house price in Seoul was too expensive to find a suitable large studio. It took the husband a year and a half to transform the former rice wine factory, from laying the floor and painting the wall to making it.
