Chen Shouyi, the first generation roaster of the coffee factory at that time, still makes coffee every day and tastes it by hand, which has not changed for decades. This may be a habit. It is also an eternal memory that cannot be given up. This time, when I heard that Dulu City Public Office encouraged local coffee makers to set up Dou Liu Coffee Roasters, 81-year-old Chen Shouyi not only sparkled with excitement and eagerness to try, but also supported the decision with action. at the press conference, he not only discussed with the young bean baker about the roasting condition of coffee beans and the flavor after brewing. Through the Ministry of Culture's 106 annual community construction project and the village cultural development plan, the public office and the young coffee roasters on the ground will find the past coffee culture history for Douliu and awaken the coffee soul hidden in every corner. With the guidance of the first generation of roasters, the younger generation will communicate with each other, and the Dou Liu Coffee Roasters Club will bake out the aroma and memory that belong to the ground.
